I & everyone at the West Van SPCA Committee extend our hand because
your company demonstrated superior customer service even though you
were not able to directly supply your services due to previous commitments.

On a personal note, when I heard that you called back to the shelter to make
sure I was making progress regarding our sound system issue, I knew that
I was dealing with an exceptional person that leads an exceptional
organization. Also, I want to let you know one of the main reasons I chose
to call your organization was the fact you actually had taken the time to
articulate your Mission Statement and Company Culture.

I hope I am not rambling on ad nosium. However, my background has for
the last 20 years been in direct sales with mostly high technology

business precepts, such as, providing exceptional / sometimes unique
